At Geeni Smarthome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart technology; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the request process.

  Pack Your Device

  Place the Geeni device in its original packaging with all included cables and manuals to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
